Spent Christmas at a hotel in Machu Picchu and the location was great, right in the midst of things. the view was amazing too, got to enjoy the beauty of nature all day long. the staff were really friendly and welcoming, which was a delight. Plus, there was always ample hot water in the showers which was a good relief after a long day.
The hotel was very run down and not well-maintained. There were many facilities in dire need of renovation and the furniture was old and dusty.

Convenient location next to a train station 🚆. A restaurant called Blanco y Negro is just a short 15-minute stroll away, offering a good dining choice.

We recently stayed at a hotel during our city break and we couldn't be happier! The staff were amazing – they were always on hand to help us with our bags and give us advice on what to see and do in the area. Plus, the hotel offered a free pick-up service from the train station which was super convenient. The location was also great, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. We loved the fact that the hotel had a delicious breakfast included, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The best part was that the rooms were clean and comfortable, filled with natural lighting and stunning views of the mountains.
There were some downsides to our stay. the facilities were a bit run down, in need of some sprucing up and new furniture in the reception and rooms.

We had a great stay here. The staff were fantastic, very kind and helpful. They held our bags while we visited the local attractions and the free pick up from the train station was awesome. The hotel was clean, had great facilities and a nice breakfast.

The hotel's location is very convenient, with the railway station, local stadium, and other attractions in close proximity. Rooms are clean and comfortable, with nice bedding and comfortable mattresses. the staff is friendly and helpful, and the free pick-up service from the train station is a nice touch. Breakfast includes a good variety of food, and there are facilities like free wifi and luggage storage available.
The hotel's facilities are a bit outdated and could use some renovation.
